We can list off pages and pages of reasons why you should travel wih Pangaea Adventures. But we know we are not the ones that have the loudest voice when it comes to you choosing one company over another. It is our guests that say it like it is. Each person who has traveled with us has experienced Pangaea Adventures first hand. We have spent months on the phone and through emails preparing for the trips. We have met each guest at our shop. We spent days in the wilderness with them. We shared amazing experiences of adventure, wildlife and tranquility. We then had to say our goodbyes for the time being. We shared quite a bit of time together in the end. I would say each and every traveler got to know our company pretty well. And what did they have to say? Amazing words and endless positive feedback. Pangaea Adventures only uses the highest quality up to date equipment. Our equipment helps us keep our perfect safety record, and everyone looking good on the water. Our kayaks are by Northwest Kayaks and Seaward kayaks. Here are some of our suppliers.
Professional Guides:
Each head guide is trained in advanced wilderness medicine and rescue. Their backgrounds are all in guiding and teaching. We hire adults who are personable, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, responsible, clean cut, and safe.
Guaranteed Departures
Simply put, we guarantee our departures! We do not cancel due to lack of participation at the last minute. We are happy to accommodate any travelers who have had their previous plans change at the last minute. Call us to see what trips we have available, I bet we can help save your vacation. Many times we limit our trip participation an have room for 1-2 guests even on the final days before the trip.
Fresh food prepared by caring cooks!
Our guides put in a full day of work just to prepare the meals for an extended tour. All of our guides have a passion for healthy hearty food with a zesty flare! We serve fresh vegetables, fish and meats when ever possible (this is Alaska!) You catch it, we cook it! Typical breakfasts would be oatmeal pancakes or smoked Gouda cheese scrambles and cereals. Lunches of grilled vegetable sandwiches garden burritos, or cold cuts, There are always snack plates of smoked salmon, fine cheeses, fruit, and dips. Dinners are the highlight with fresh Salmon or Halibut, grilled chicken, vegetable Risotto, salads, or Thai cuisine.

Pangaea Adventures has someone answering the phones 365 days a year. If you don't get a voice the first time you call, leave a message and we will return it the same day!

Pangaea Adventures is not a shoestring operation. We take your vacation seriously and are prepared for any surprises.
